    Pros

Brandmovers provides clients with award winning digital promotions, website design and development and fulfillment. The company has aggressively expanded internationally, with our London office expanding into underserved areas in the UK and Europe. Likewise with our India operations. I worked at Brandmovers full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - you get to work with some major brands (looks good on a resume) - challenging work - some of your co-workers are bright and talented

    Cons

    - a lot of hard deadlines, you'll have to put in the extra hours. - burnt out - work/life balance is not balanced - all of the above

    Advice to Management

Set realistic expectations with clients who try to push for unrealistic deadlines. Fire clients when / learn when to say no or present client with options that do not result in burning out resources.

I have been working at Brandmovers

    Pros

Management is very approachable and actively cares about company employees. Many opportunities for growth of your personal skill set. Good team atmosphere, salaries were typically competitive with the competition.

I worked at Brandmovers full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work with people that have similar experience that are seeking to move up the ladder.

    Cons

These guys at the top are not as grounded as they need to be. They are self absorbed, a bit arrogant and completely out of the loop regarding what their employees are doing and current business conditions. A revolving door exists and employees are being let go at an alarming rate. There is a reason for that and fear does exist at all times. Please, ask any remaining employees about the culture and revolving door during...

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your customers and your employees. It's not all about senior management all the time. Every time you let people go, they talk. You can't keep running a business by poisoning the well all the time. There is a fundamental reason that your clients don't come back. Have you asked yourself or your employees that question?

I have been working at Brandmovers

    Pros

The offices had access to bathrooms and electricity which I think was in lieu of a real healthcare insurance benefits program.

    Cons

Ownership and Executive Management have no idea on what it takes to run a marketing agency, promotions agency or even a lemonade stand. The company does not offer a solid point of differentiation vs the leaders in the industry. True Followers. Also, they churn and burn associates faster than changing out the tanks for the water cooler.

    Advice to Management

Quit travelling to GBR, India and Mexico and start hiring legitimate talent that can help run your organisation.

    I worked at Brandmovers

    Pros

The people that I worked with were great. Very created and talented. You will work with a variety of clients. Great team environment among the staff.

    Cons

Cookie cutter production that is ran by account management. Management at the time would lie to your face. The whole creative department including programming left within six months. You know there is something wrong when your whole department leave.
