Sometimes issues with management boss

High turn around, minimal job benefits, lacking a good employee discount, management wasn’t always the best

I am always scheduled for times and days that I specifically said I cannot work due to religious or educational reasons. I am in high school, I am a drum major in the band, I compete in every competition possible music and TAFE wise, and I teach a religious education class at my church. I am always scheduled during times that conflict with the times I said I cannot work. Starting my pay at 9.25 an hour and scheduling me for almost 30 hours a week just doesn’t cut if for me. When I was hired it was explained to me I would be working with anything ice cream and cash register. I wasn’t informed I would be emptying out 10-15 15 pound buckets of grease from the grills into the grease bin next to the trash cans outside in the dark night while it’s 20 something degrees outside. A jacket hardly helped me out with the cold, and the flimsy gloves I was given continued to rip and tear off of my hands.

Pay Busy Management No Break

Not a career I see myself in, The young hires can slack off quickly with lack of management supervision.

Upper management is not connected at the store level and set unrealistic expectations.

Overworked Corporate management is plain evil
