Pros
Start Up Private Limited company, seen reasonable growth in three years with whom I had been associated during the said period.
Cons
Funding was major issue, other than initial establishment capital funded, further working capital, were not adequently met or being arranged,hence new engineering/ MEP projects were not initiated/ventured.
