Recent change in leadership destroyed everything. No Pros

Cons

Bad work, favouritism, low appraisal, forced policies, no medical cover, less leaves, Saturday and Sunday counted as holidays. No leaves carry forward or encashment at the end of the year. Weekend work is a norm.
