As someone who worked for the company for half a decade, my recommendation is coming from years of experience and intimate company knowledge, so you can be sure that it’s trustworthy.

No company is perfect, but BF comes pretty close. I was loathe to leave.

The working environment is professional and productive. Room for advancement is there if you prove that you’re able to take on the additional responsibility.
Cons
Receiving a promotion takes time, which is fine by me. I’d rather work for an employer that promotes people on a merit basis rather than handing out promotions to favorites.
