      U r given chances for high impact products/features

      Cons

      Office politics Mangagers show favouritism If u finish work on time then u r rewared with more work If u can make good architecture decision then mangager or lead then they force u to do what they believe is right. If ur work better than others still ur salary hike is less than others.

      The company is aggressively investing in cutting-edge technology and pushing for AI adoption, which keeps your skills relevant. Good tools and tech stack are provided.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly preaches innovation, efficiency, and a digital-first mindset, but their approach to employee feedback is completely tone-deaf. Major policy updates—specifically around enforcing strict Return-to-Office (RTO) mandates and making sweeping technology changes—are handed down from the top without an ounce of employee input. We aren't collaborating with each other; we are just communicating with AI from a different desk. If our primary interaction is digital, forcing us into a physical office location is purely about control, not productivity. Claude and other tools are essentially our "new colleagues."
