Pros

As an employee you are very well supported. The staff is lovely and kind. The company really cares about your experience as a staff member.

Cons

The work itself is unpredictable and if you have a sensitive nervous system, this job may be hard to acclimate to.

Pros

One delicious meal provided by a hired chef

Cons

Poor Pay, (Daily Revenue avg at $27k, Psych tech Pay is 18% of revenue) 9 hour shift, no breaks, no lunches, on your feet most of the time depending on your rotation assignments, stressful chaotic environment, wear radio w/ near constant communication, 65% of it unintelligible. No company wide radio communication training. Underpaid employees who carry most of the "healing" process as compared to therapists and programmers on staff. Feel undervalued. Constantly being asked to pick up shifts, There is a lack of support, leadership, unclear rotations, Interview was not transparent, work cliques, work favorites, culture is negative, floor managers are more facilitators than leaders, feedback stated as welcome but culture doesn't provide trusting avenues for that, lack of trust, sense of competitveness. Feel burned out after every shift. Lack of seeing any contributions of efforts.
