Pros

Amazing and understanding colleagues, while you do need to be a bit physically fit it's definitely not to a big degree. Management is very involved

Cons

The hours seem fairly long in my eyes, and obviously you have to deal with disgruntled customers sometimes but other than those small things its very good.

Pros

Social workplace, get exercise, people are always happy. Get to meet people at the best day of their life.

Cons

Can be cliquey. Hard to climb the ladder. At the start you are not allowed to do work other than climbs. You also only get paid per hour on climb, 3 and. abit hours total. Will probably need to do 2 climbs a day and potentially 3 during peak. The emergencies when they do happen are stressful
