Pros

Some nice smart people work here until they get fired or leave the "dumpster fire".

Cons

Hands down the worst management team ever encountered. CEO has no clue what people do, unless you're in the "club". You could present a stellar idea that would be totally ignored if you're not one of the "good ole boys". There is zero support, mentoring, or collaboration. If you thrive working in a closed door hostile environment, this is your place. If it's not, don't waste your time and damage your career. Take a job here only as a last resort.

Thank you for the feedback. I hope you find a place that provides the support, mentoring and collaboration that you found lacking at BridgeHealth. I'm very proud of the strong leadership team consisting of 50% women who have been instrumental in key decisions and innovation occurring at BridgeHealth. Not to mention, over half our employee population are women. I suspect they may have a different view of the "good ole boys" comment and I welcome their input if they find otherwise.

Pros

BridgeHealth has a great CEO (Mark) who really cares for the employees and in genuine in working to develop a great company culture. I enjoy the collaborative nature of the working environment, work flexibility, and the challenge of being part of a company that is disruptive to the way in which surgery benefits are handled for self funded employers. Quality ranks at the top of the criteria for the business.

Cons

The building the business is in is in multiple floors and offices, and the building is old and has issues.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! I am delighted to read you are having a 5-star experience as a member of our team. I am humbled by your compliment. As a leader, I am a believer that we can only be successful as a cohesive team, and that team must be aligned in its values, vision, and mission. As you mention, BridgeHealth is changing the way people and businesses think about surgical benefits and I appreciate your recognition that this can be a challenging, yet very rewarding undertaking. The dedication of individuals such as yourself is what helped us achieve a 95% member satisfaction rating in 2017! As for the building, hang in there! Our current office served its purpose; however, soon the entire team will be together in our new, functional and beautiful space. Thank you for your continued service. If you have ideas on how we can continue to foster a “great place to work” culture, please stop by. I’d welcome an opportunity to learn from you.
