Pros
Pay & benefits are fair & coffee is good. Interesting product.
Cons
There is no work-life balance. It's utter chaos and you will be contacted at all hours, seven days a week, no organized after-hours shifts. Everything is on fire all the time & dealt with in a reactive manner. Leadership is devoid of technical acumen. The product is cool, but not viable in a crowded coffee/beverage market, as it is highly niche. The pay is fair, but it doesn't matter in my opinion since you can't enjoy a life outside of work. No culture to speak of. I felt extremely disrespected as a professional due to excessive micromanagement and generally poor treatment.
