      Pros

      1. I found best place to put all our learnings and equal opportunities to work on multiple projects. 2. Provides expose to management on the word/effort we put in. 3. Work life balance can be easily managed 4. Better compensation/hikes are given timely 5. Great place to enjoy the work, great team support

      Cons

      It depends on individual attitude how we react/grab the opportunity in work place. I don't have anything to say here.

      Pros

      Talented, motivated people who believe in their work. A large & varied client base that love what we create. Management care about career progression for those that want to achieve. Flexible working hours & working from home occasionally is appreciated. Annual bonus based on company performance. Regular company-funded events/nights out.

      Cons

      Not the quickest to identify & adopt changes in the industry. Their main competitors have the advantage of larger teams & external funding.

      Extremely welcoming, great benefits, relaxed but motivating environment, genuine care for employees

      Cons

      Located in the ugliest building in Brighton but at least you don't have to look at it when you're inside
