Pros

I read the last 1* review and felt it could have been written by me. The vast majority of the positive reviews on this page are from attendees of an online internship event rather than actual employees which paints a false picture. Some great people and fun socials but certainly not worth the total lack of job security and poor career prospects

Cons

The reality is a toxic working culture and a company that has 0 respect for its employees. The so-called values aren't practiced and there is 0 job security - talented hard-working people are sacked without warning and without the 'feedback' or 'support' mentioned. Heard horrible casual comments made around having to 'exit' employees for little to no reason. Seems to be a focus on hiring and firing at will vs hiring and nurturing employees which is an awful way to operate I left a great job and was ultimately left in an awful position with a blip on the CV. Thankfully now working for a brilliant company that takes care of its employees. Life is too short to waste any time here.

Toxic work environment

Pros

- £50 a month to spend on wellbeing

Cons

- Poor training - Inexperienced managers, either completely hands off approach or micro management - Advertise a flexible / hybrid set up but realistically everyone is expected to be available 9am-6pm 5 days a week and the 'unlimited holiday' days are counted with scrutiny and discussed casually behind peoples backs - Values aren't practiced, a lot of tension and politics in office. Thankfully now working in a great company that doesn't have to preach about the 'culture' for it to be felt - No flexibility to work on areas in which you have interest / skill, people are hired for one task / area which won't be disclosed in job description - Definitely don't get the benefits of working for a start up / scale up such as diversity of responsibilities here due to this - Very little opportunity for development and growth within role - Low salary - Clearly struggling to hire and retain staff due to issues listed above, having read reviews it is clear these are problems faced by many when working here
