      Fake management, fake company

      Pros

      -Collaborating with smart people on various teams like marketing and engineering. -free snacks -Good mentorship from my AE's -learn to wear multiple hats

      Cons

      Management was extremely weak: very secretive and this stems down from the CEO, who likes to yell at people. Everyone micro managed here because our manager was absent. I had a 1 on 1 with him once a month because he was too "busy" to show up to them. My manager purposely tried to "isolate" me from the sdr team. I was getting paid unfairly compared to my teammates and my commission structure was changed every month. To say the least, This company was extremely unprofessional and unethical.

As you may know I've taken over as the new CEO as of April 2017. My first immediate priority was to correct the culture which you can see by the most recent reviews has been successfully turned around. We strongly believe in a culture of respect, collaboration, and transparency. There is a lot of excitement and growth at BrightFunnel and it has become an incredible place to work! -- Chris Mann, CEO

      Some really good people who are smart and care about what they do.

      Very shaky leadership, unreliable product, and lack of customers.

      Small company that's rapidly growing

      Pros

      I've been working at BrightFunnel for 7 months are through the experience, I have grown professionally and am closer to my career goals everyday. - Fun and diverse company culture (family-feel) - Room for growth (there are a lot of opportunities to take advantage of) - Management cares about employees - Constant challenges, you are building something everyday with your team

      Cons

      - Product complex- can be challenging to understand in the beginning - Small team - everyone wears a lot of hats
