Brightinsight has great work culture, supports Diversity and inclusion, Transparency, Work Life balance. Easy access to Leadership team, they are open for feedback and suggestion. Flexible working hours, No Onshore / Offshore concepts its just 1 team across global. Overall friendly team to interact, work, and learn.

Sometimes work load is bit high which is same in all industry.

Remote Work, with truly flexible work hours Reimbursement support for all your work needs Proficient colleagues Easy access to higher management, who are responsive to your queries.

Cons

Not enough joining goodies! None actually! We need a few meet-ups a year to engage socially with the colleagues
