Pros

It was good when they were doing OTM Consulting.

Cons

- lay off is their favorite activity - Pathetic response time from leaders - No employee friendly - No Appraisals - try to consolidate power and activities in Canada - No customer friendly - threatens them legally which impacts relationship - they don't understand the skill matrix - they do not understand IT Consulting - They do not understand Oracle application landscape and support - Think like anybody can do anything

Pros

The EMDECS product is one of the best solutions available for truck and trailer maintenance management. Built with current Oracle technology EMDECS has a future which most if its competitors lack

Cons

Lack of focus and total disregard for their clients and the clients business. Having recently announced an acquisition of a failing TMS services organization BrightOrder will continue to bleed money until they pull the plug and walk away from the millions they have already lost.

Smoke and Mirrors

Pros

They have a product that could be world class if guided in the right direction. I just read the latest review from Feb 2020. I noticed a comment in that review regarding the changes that were made with terminating negative employees.

Cons

If they are looking to weed out the bad and negative employees, they should start at the very top. It’s unfortunate that the ownership does not see the smoke and mirrors that is happening behind the scenes. I guess trust can be gained under false pretences and the owner has gained the wrong trust.
