    Pros

    generous PTO, Nice benefit package.

    Cons

    Low hourly wage, Non accessible HR department, no response from anyone when you apply for an internal job posting. Senior mgt at All Call Connect is unreachable and have no concerns for underlings.

    Advice to Management

    Create a n Employee relations department, a committee of an employee from each location, respond to an employee that posts for an internal job. Keep a better eye on the companies you have acquired they are not managed well.

    The people are very helpful and want to see you succeed. I have had many colleagues from other areas of the business reach out and offer their help.

    Cons

    The company needs more policies and procedures. As the company has grown, the structure to support it hasn't grown along with it.

    Pros

    Brightree has strong market share within the post-acute care medical SaaS space with great opportunities to grow and succeed.

    Cons

    Transitions since the ResMed acquisition has been challenging for "legacy" employees who were part the original Brightree culture. Lots of attrition due to uncertainty. Lack of team support and advocacy from management.

    Advice to Management

    More transparency and support/care for each team member. Be about the brand values you taut .
