The employees themselves were wonderful and the lower level supervisors were very kind and showed their appreciation for your efforts.

Cons

They didn't pay their employees nearly enough to live on, despite many having undergraduate and graduate level degrees, they didn't properly value them and refused to hire enough employees to accomplish the necessary tasks, and their system was disorganized and chaotic as a result. Samples were kept for much longer than necessary which created clutter and samples were often discarded accidentally as a result of poor organization. Upper management didn't communicate effectively or listen to employee needs.

Friendly atmosphere. Free food. Pet friendly. Flexible schedule.

Cons

The "friendly" atmosphere is being taken advantage of. We have someone constantly soliciting cookie dough. The sad part is, this person is supposed to be promoting sales of our service, but seems to put more energy into selling this cookie dough. I don't get paid a whole lot of money, so I really don't need the pressure of being put on the spot to use what little money I have to buy this cookie dough. This would be a huge sacrifice to me, but this person actually said they are doing ME a favor by offering this magical cookie dough to me. This person also said I could utilize company time and amenities to bake cookies at work! Great use of company time and resources.

You can grow fast in this company since there are limited people and you can learn many new things.

Cons

The pay is not fair since everyone is paid at a different rate without any clear reason as to why each person gets paid differently (even if you get hired at around the same time). Management does not care about their employee. Overwork and not appreciated.
