Nothing now was a great place for my first 20 years
Cons
The new Management will do whatever they have to keep who they like. It doesn't matter how hard or how well you do your job,if they don't like you they will run you out even if they have to make something up! I was told " I dont care if it takes 3 people to replace you" Good luck is all I can say if you start working there..

Pros
Great work life balance. Great industry to be in. Family owned company that is less focused on short term results. Its a small company so you have to be driven to find ways to grow your skills and experience. Management has good communication and is happy to answer any questions.
Cons
No opportunity to work from home some days of the week. Expectations from management can be unclear. Career growth is limited as this is a small company.
