I regret to say that my experience as a former Technical Support Engineer at BuddyBoss left me deeply unsatisfied and disappointed. Working for BuddyBoss was a frustrating and disheartening journey, primarily due to the company's lackluster technical support system and internal management. Throughout my time at BuddyBoss, I found their technical support approach to be consistently subpar. Communication channels were often cluttered and disorganized, making it incredibly challenging to provide efficient solutions to customers' problems. The company's ticketing system was riddled with flaws, leading to delayed responses and, in some cases, total oversight of critical customer issues. This not only hindered our ability to deliver prompt resolutions but also tarnished the company's reputation in the eyes of our clients.
