Pros

Competitive pay, a company that cares about it's employees, great for someone in school or with a family that needs a flexible schedule, room for growth in the company.

Cons

Could improve their communication skills when it comes to meetings, continued education, growth opportunities, and feedback for improvement in the field. Their training is minimal and you need to stay vigilant to grow and receive constructive feedback in order to improve your skills.

Pros

They have some good supervisors that will genuinely care about you and your clients that you are working on.

Cons

They lack communication skills, very very poor Management. Do not care about anything going on unless it pertains to them making money. Hires family and let's them do and say as they please with no consequences for their actions. The minute you speak up about concerns they will make sure to magnify your flaws before accepting their own.
