Business outlook
Pros
They don’t control their worker so guys can go lunch at the bar for hour or go play golf and they would never know. Their mangers are former labours willing to work at minimum wage hoping to make gold commissions that will never get paid out.
Cons
The main concern is that you have cross your finger and hope you will get paid, vendors are closing their account and often you will ask from your own pocket for material and maybe you will get reimbursed. They should face reality and close this dead business before they will get foreclosure
