      Pros

      Good severance package, especially if you can get fired successfully.

      Cons

      Bullying likes normal. Insecure gangsters rein. Either HR and management does not care any bullying. Normalise the fact all morning meetings commences from 7AM and evening meetings from 7 or 8PM.
