Pros

Easy work, Extremely relaxed environment. Never had to stay after hours.

Cons

Management tends to hire staff with no experience and usually no higher education so they don’t have to pay as much. Little to no oversight by supervisors. Drinking during office hours occurred frequently and there were many instances of people returning from lunch break intoxicated. Bonuses were always offered, but even when staff met every qualification for bonus none were given. Raises were unheard of. Basically a frat house.

Pros

Sometimes legal assistants make breakfast. Drinking encouraged at work… if you’re into that. Legal assistant flashes breasts at work… also if you’re into that.

Cons

Great place to work if your goal is to make the partners money by doing all of their work while they are at boozy lunches for half the day only to not allow the associates that have been at work all day to leave at a reasonable hour (5pm). Their billing practices border on being unethical and fraudulent. The partners are child-like bullies and make fun of a particular employee behind his back. Partners also have legal assistants complete work for them and would sign off on documents without even proof reading them first.
