      worst company i have ever seen

      Pros

      there is pros for this company every thing is bad with this.

      Cons

      the company led their employees to stay upto late night and they will force to make every employee to make one closure. they wont give holidays in month example. they wont give holiday at sunday also. in every festivals we have to come half day and work.. working as HR Recruiter at Business Intelli is a worst thing for my life.. the managers and CEO are very selfish example for festivals they wont give even single chocklate of 5rs also. while joining they will behave very smoothly with employee but after 1month they will show their originality they will take original certificates and they wont give it back when you want to go out of this hell. please dont join in this company

      Its really good place to work without any tension of targets and every employee will have 100% job security which is very impotent in today's job market, Management also very friendly and always think about employee comfort, Happy to be a part of Business Intelli Solutions!!!

      there is the lot of scopes to learn office politics. and Management tricks on Employees. Every day in BIS is a Roller coaster ride.

      Cons

      Only politics nothing more than that in this company. No extra hours benefits, but they want to spend more time in office. HR policies will change daily without any reason
