      I wish they'd hire full-time writers

      Easy assignments, simple CMS, some nice editors

      Cons

      All writers were part-time and remote so the company could save money, one of my editors was incredibly mean

      Wonderful managers, empathetic, understanding, great company culture.

      Cons

      Since this has become such a large company, it's difficult to move up/get regular pay increases, even when responsibilities increase
