Management gave almost no technical training and did not communicate when an assignment was not up to par. They would throw an assignment on you with little to no direction and expect perfection. After apparently numerous projects that were not up to par, with very little communication about previous work, they then used that time to state there is room for improvement without stating any specifics. I left on not great terms, but they insisted I did quit so they would not have to pay unemployment to me. But then they turn around and state that I was terminated to future employers.

Hateful management, low pay, did not want employees discussing pay because everyone (in the same position) was paid differently, shady practices, office manager was horrid. 0/10 everyone wanted to quit.
