Not enough recruiting operations out there like this one. The platform and processes are quick, engaging and can be utilized by the candidate in other areas throughout the remainder of their career. So candidates take something away from the process and enjoy going through the steps as well. If there were more recruiting operations out there like this one, there would be less people looking for work!
