I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about career growth or well-being. • No Proper Equipment: They don’t provide laptops, expecting employees to work on personal systems, which is completely unprofessional for an IT/tech environment. • Low Salary: The compensation is far below industry standards, especially considering the workload. • High Work Pressure: Unrealistic deadlines and constant pressure, with no regard for employees’ mental health or personal life. • Frequent Project Switching: Developers are shifted from one project to another without notice or reason, making it impossible to build expertise or stability. • No Work-Life Balance: Calls at odd hours, no fixed working hours, and they expect you to be available all the time. Management does not value employee well-being, learning, or long-term career growth. Definitely not a place for passionate professionals looking for healthy work culture.
