Poor employers with an air of arrogance thinking they know everything. The mid-level management is led by 24-32 year old kids from Beijing who neither apprehend the language, social and cultural aspect of india but dictate how things must work here. While doing so they screw up good products. Besides, they don’t care for experience and pretty bad at giving salary and bonus. The HR system is pathetic and has no clue about overseas employees.

- Most of the cons I am mentioning are specific to the department I am working right now. - You are not entitled to public holidays, company mentions in the offer letter but once you join you should work on all holidays be it Independence day, Holi, Diwali. they will pay you double the salary. _ Company and management thinks employees have sold themselves to the organsation. No work life balance. You will be called on weekends for things like training, overtime and what not. - No job security - Very disrespectful environment in general.
