      Pros

      Few of my friends and I joined Byteware together, we all were very happy with our decision. I have worked with Byteware for 9 and half years. All my friends got the Green Card through Byteware. The management has been very transparent and stood by us for all immigration matters. There wasn't even a single time where our payment delayed. One thing I most like about this company is whatever is promised, it will be delivered. No gimmiks or no over promises. If you are looking for honest and transparent employer, I would highly recommend considering Byteware.

      Pros

      Clean paperwork, full transparency, the management is accessible when in need, on time salary payment, clean settlement upon leaving (I'm a rehire). I would highly recommend this employer. I'm employed for the 7th year now.

      Not much to list as I found everything going well so far.

      This is not a Con but more of a suggestion, if we employees can get Healthcare at a better rate that would be wonderful.
