Cons: - Keep changing new HOD, teamwork getting weaker - Long service staff tends to be arrogant with decision making and selfish - Communication between dept is bad - Self interest within inter-department, not very helpful sometimes - HR manager/consultant is bad in managing company culture, staff turnover, SOP. Always twist and turn decision made - MD not very firm with his decision sometimes causing alot of repetitive works to be done, inefficient. Tends to listen only to long service staff or person he favors - No flexible or hybrid work arrangement. Must work in office.
