Executive management seems to not know what they are looking for roles They spent way too much for advisor get togethers They give good reviews but then the following week terminated employees without following appropriate HR protocols. I was told during the interview process they terminated a staff member because they were no longer fitting the culture. The Chief Sales Officer and the COO seem to not know what they want.
