      1. Good salary. 2. Great opportunities to learn and grow. 3. Can do a masters in computer science and get paid by the company for the same along with other incentives like salary hike when you complete the course. 4. Quite a talented team. 5. Flexible working hours.

      1. Five days, Office from work. 2. Very few leaves. 3. Often, you have to work from home after coming from Office. 4. Scope for improvement under products offering.

      We find it perplexing that someone would complain about a work from office culture after they have told us explicitly it is their preference. We make it very clear during the interview and job offer process that C3 AI is a highly collaborative, high-performance, work from office culture. All candidates who are made job offers tell us that they prefer work-from-office to hybrid or work-from-home.

      C3.ai has a start-up culture that is fast-paced, dynamic, and nimble enough to adjust to meet a new opportunity on behalf of a customer or in the marker. But with nearly 10 years under its belt in the industry and an experienced leadership team, unlike stereotypical start-ups in SV, the resources and subject-matter experts are available to properly support product development and customer implementations in a professional manner. The projects and partners that C3.ai pursues have consistently been impact driven and based on a real-world problem.

      Cons

      The fast paced, driven work culture can come with regular amounts of stress. The company is doing a better job of managing to that in the last year or so.
