      Worst management I've ever experienced

      Pros

      Great coworkers, Opportunities to learn and grow. Sales team and business development team are top notch. Best engineering and programming team I've worked with. CTO is brilliant. Well stocked break room.

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company that's as poorly managed as this one. The "CEO", who leads by instilling fear in his employees, and micro-manages things he has no prior knowledge of on a daily basis. This causes needless chaos and disruption to the processes he himself has set in place.

      Pros

      There are some wonderful and smart people that work/worked there.

      Cons

      Zero job security - no matter how many accolades you are given or what you were promised. Constant micro-management and turn-over. If you are part of the office staff that is not 'required' to take a one hour lunch, it is frowned upon if you do take one. If you are one minute late to the office - regardless of traffic conditions etc. be prepared to get called out in the 7am daily staff meeting led by 'that guy'.

      Provide an opportunity to grow and learn basically on my own.

      Leadership is terrible. Poor management within the finance/accounting department which made it very difficult to execute daily tasks as needed
