In the Singapore branch specifically, there is no guidance/system whatsoever but the management expects you to be good at your job even though you are a fresh grad. And they do not provide any training plan for you to follow but still expects you to excel in what they want you to do. There is no sense of leadership in the Singapore management. The politics going on in the Singapore branch is absolutely toxic because the sales managers would judge the engineers as they like. If you are outspoken, this is not a place for you because they will think of ways to fire you as you are not up to their 'standards'. They would judge you based on if they like you as they have no evidence that you have not done your job well. If that does not drive you away, the politics and bullying will. Note: none of the engineers that worked here lasted more than 1 year.
