Pros
I was able to make decent money without having to be in the food industry while working summers in college
Cons
I didn’t really have any downsides … there was one girl who tried to take presentations from clients she thought would spend a lot but she doesn’t work there anymore. Coworkers on the photography and customer service side would complain to me from time to time. But things were pretty good in my role.

Pros
You work with peers close in age. You have opportunity to earn commissions on sales. You are always learning. You are able to network, and get complimentary headshots.
Cons
The job is seasonal and employees often come and go. No stability. Customer escalation is something that happens often. Paid training, however it is very broad and you ultimately end up teaching yourself. You have to advocate for yourself. Hours are not always guaranteed even if you are full-time.
