Unstructured Practices, Nepotism, and Lack of Transparency
Pros
I had one of the best managers of my career during my time at CADY Studios. They genuinely cared about their team and worked hard to foster a positive environment, despite the challenges.
Cons
Cons: CADY Studios operates with deeply unstructured practices and inadequate training programs, leaving employees to navigate their roles with minimal guidance. This disorganization fosters confusion and inefficiency across the company. Transparency is another major issue. The company prioritizes profits over customers, treating them as dollar signs rather than people. This profit-driven mindset has resulted in a record number of angry customers, leaving employees to deal with the fallout of poor marketing practices and a lack of genuine customer care. Additionally, CADY Studios is built on nepotism, with favoritism for certain individuals and families shaping many decisions. Despite the millions of dollars the company makes annually, these profits seem to go toward extravagant yearly events rather than improving operations, customer experience, or employee support. The termination of one of the best managers I’ve ever worked with, without thorough explanation, was the final straw. This decision demoralized the team and highlighted the company’s lack of appreciation for its employees’ dedication and talent.
