-Great Entry into IT -Rapidly expands your skillset and Resume -Good Benefits

Cons

-Overworked for the pay, especially dependent on the contract you support -No real avenues of promotion or specialization -Consistently understaffed for high call volume teams -No PTO -Training new hires is unpaid
