      Dye to lack if work employees can maintain work(?) Life balance

      Cons

      People are being rated low and forced to leave. Out of 12 exits at 8 hv left in frustration. They are called in and convinced to leave. PM , leads with over 12 yrs are asked to code line level in which they rnt hands on for over 5 years else told to leave. Has no sales force at all. Every employee is assumed to try and sell. The owners have officially already sold US business few months back. Whats going to happen now to Pune operations? Is a question.

      All the Managers and Leads are very good, work culture is superb

      Cons

      Company needs to focus on the business and being a Global company people from all over the country will come and work, if any project is ramped down then only outstations Team Members will be laid off first to save worthless team members of their region.

      I worked here for 3 years (some 6-7 years back).Very good place to Work. Upto CEO everyone knows your contribution to the company and project.

      Some times the salary Hike may not be upto your expectations.
