      Good pay and reasonable benefits plan

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, ineffective HR team, over worked union with not enough suport to the fronline staff. Ineffective Health and Wellness team. Gossip and judgment passed without any sense of the effect on the mental impact on employees. Bullying and harassment is a daily theme. The good and caring staff often do not last.
