Pathetic manager in D3 SRE, Doesn't know anything about managing people and spreads his toxicity all over the department. This not only story of a single manager here, senior managers, directors etc. are of similar attitude. Micro management is at its peek. The work over weekend and extended hours is not payable and that is clearly mentioned. No one will ever appreciate your hard work and every-time you will end up depressed and demotivated. Its a hell place to work. Refrain from joining even they can pay you more, as after paying you more they will say that your work as per your pay is not satisfactory. One liner "Please never ever Join"
