They personally care about you Several ways to develop your skills You have countless ways inside the company Able to change between technologies or even positions
Cons
There isn't a real trust from Karlsruhe Some projects are very old and messy

Pros
- Sometimes up to date technologies (but depends on the project) - Hungarian management is okay - Friendly colleagues
Cons
- Bad compensation / pay - Bad bonuses, non - existant end of the year bonus - Boring projects plus some ugly legacy ones - Boring office interior, okayish at most - No real carrier opportunities, you will be stuck on the same position forever
