Pros

Off Friday, Saturday, if you want to be and you get to pick your hours for the most part

Cons

10 and half hour days because they do not pay you for lunch or your breaks, repetitive work over and over so if your mind can’t handle it this job is not for you, and just a temporary job because who could take staples out of paper or scan documents for 10 hours a day for longer than a month and not start going crazy lol, and it is only $17 an hour for very hard work, it should be at least 20$ to keep your employees happy, that’s why there is constantly new employees

Pros

Hard work does not go unnoticed. This company will provide great support and opportunities to employees in their professional growth and career. There is a great level and understanding of accountability with also flexibility to meet goals and expectations. What I enjoy the most is that this company really listens to employees and does what it can to make it work for everyone. The environment is very comfortable and always busy. There is something to learn all the time. The business and industry is very unique and is a great places to learn a lot of skills both hard and soft skills. Most employees' years of service are 4 years and more.

Cons

At times there can be situations that are too lenient with an employee. To some degree, there should be a level of responsibility that an employee should be held accountable for, especially if it has cost the company money.
