Catalis takes these allegations very seriously. Our Tallahassee office has very low voluntary turnover and a strong management team that has been with the organization for 7-16 years. We have a generous maternity leave policy and benefits and we have never received any complaints or allegations of such discrimination. Catalis did recently transition out the lowest performers across the organization, including the Tallahassee office, and surmises that this is a lashing out by a disgruntled terminated employee.
