Too many cooks in the kitchen when it comes to management. Not a lot of diversity, although the company claims that it is diverse and inclusive. There was too much focus on the bottom line and not enough concern with the employees and I was not comfortable with that. The company culture and work environment was not bad but it could use improvement.

There’s a culture of staying quiet, never pushing back, and pretending all is well. Questionable decisions are the norm. ‘Leadership’? Unclear at best. Direction changes constantly, responsibility is dodged, Slack messages are posted for show, and if it comes from the top, it must not be questioned. Feedback? Doesn’t exist. Growth? Nope. Voices are kept small. Bonuses? Promised, then forgotten. The people who last are the ones who nod and smile. The ‘yes-men’. Benefits? Meh. PTO? The bare minimum. Pay? Often way below market. Meanwhile, leadership rolls in $500k cars — priorities…
