      It easy to work with junior staff and the director all has an ear to lesson to any advice and new ideas that are positive to the business

      Not paying well,no bonuses at year end.

      A couple nice people there.

      Cons

      The management is horrible! They care about making money only don't care about the clients and staff you are 100 percent discardable. Lots of double standards will fry one employee for offense that another employee doesnt. Fraud like crazy.
