You need only breathe if you want this job. They require absolutely nothing in the way of experience or intelligence in regards to the people they hire.

Cons

The pay is horrible. There is no employee support from management. The company only cares about lining their pockets with money. All at the expense of their officers' well being. There is no hope for a raise within this company unless your are best friends with upper management. This all results in an absolutely horrendous turn over rate.

The people you work with are the only positive.

Cons

Management sucks, sites suck, pay raises only happen once in a blue moon, and if you have to work in ogden, good luck, CPT. Barela plays favorites with his two kids that work with him.
