Pros
-the company is growing fast -many opportunities to transfer out of state -decent health care (even that has started going down hill year after year)
Cons
-the change in management has also changed the company culture. They used to care about their employees more (give pay increases based off of merit, give employee reviews, give yearly raises, provide all employees with all of the equipment they need, make sure that all employees have health care). Now the new manager mainly cares about how their numbers look. The philosophy of the company used to be that the employees were the most important aspect of the business. Not anymore though -very hesitant to give pay raises or bonuses -lack of communication between management and employees -supervisors work split shifts most of the time -little to no work/home life balance
