Nothing at this point. We don't enjoy working here. The culture is toxic, the pay is low, you wouldn't know when your last day here is with layoffs and recent RTOs (soft layoffs)

Cons

I'd say stay away. Run. Don't look back. At the company now people don't even want to contribute or work very hard because the company made it very clear to them that they could be replaced at any point.

You have to really love sports in this position. From the travel, late nights doing games and the demands of crazy producers, it’s not worth it. To boot it was already a toxic workplace now throw in the new Trump supporting
