      They are using old technology like window application ,vb .net.

      Cons

      Hr policies are very bad. They provide appraisel and incentive only for Mangement level and Team leaders. No job security. they can fire you anytime when they want. They don't provide any benefits .

      High workload and low pay with no appreciation

      Pros

      Management is not good so much workload in rupees 7500/- And never increase my salary in 2 years and never appreciate my work when I’m given scanning 1 lakh on 9,10 scanners continue 2 month.

      Cons

      There is no high salary in the scanning centre, apart from that there is a lot of pressure and there are no good tools to get the work done
